At a very young age, Aemie developed a great appreciation for the Philippines’ rich culture—her favorite aspect being the various dishes available in every region of the country. This deep-rooted appreciation inspired her journey as a beauty queen to spotlight and share the essence of this culture with the world.Aemie also utilizes her platform to advocate for a cause near and dear to her heart: fair economic opportunity for all. She has actively engaged and contributed her efforts to organizations dedicated to advocating for the rights of Filipino workers, and was able to address issues such as equal pay initiatives and improved working conditions.As her reign begins, she hopes to amplify her advocacy; this time, across the universe.
